Hi,

As you know, the OPI II consoles has a telephone picture
at the display.The status of the telephone picture changes
to flashing,when called party answers his/her telephone.

We upgraded a system, to BC12 SP5, after the upgrade,
status of the phone picture doesn't change to flashing
when the called party answers.

the revision of the OPI II is R6A (listed via OPDDP)

is anyone has this problem and know the solution??
