Operators COnsole DNA Ver 5

Help !

I'm having a few problems with a group of 4 operators Work stations.

For no reason the calls will appear in the Que but cannot be picked up.

Then maybe 5 mins - 4hours it will be back to normal..

Any idea's anyone ??

Servicepack 4 with hotfixes for D.N.A 5.0 !! This should fix your problems.
