Operator wants to hear ringing in handset

Hi all,

Our operators wants to hear a dialtone and a kind of ringing when they are initiating a call. Now they hear nothing until they get someone at the phone. How do i solve this?

try changing your OPISS MODE setting

I tried OPISS:MODE=1 but it effected also in continuous ringing of the phone at incoming calls while OWS is set on soundfile ding.wav

The progress of a call is shown on the console. Therefore no ring tone is delivered. Is there a version for sight impaired operators which may give the signals you need?

to hear ringing the operator needs to press either the right or left key.

example.

operator keys 1234 (extension number)

then is the number appears on the left hand side of thye screen, then they press the left button,\they then hear ringing.

no other way than this that I am aware of
