Operator wants the call returns to him after being transferred .....

Hello Guys

we have system with:-
1-ipo server edition release 10.0
2-ipo 500 v2 as a expansion with 3 cards (combo-Vcm64/2Pri-phone2)

the operators phones types are 1616
the normal users phones types are E129 sip phone

the operator wants from us that if he receives a call and he transfer it to another EXT and the call is answered after being transferred,when the EXT that the operator transferred the call to it finish the call and close the phone, the call automatically returns to the operator

is there is a something like this ?

if the customer wants it and needs it then they have to shed out the "bikkies" otherwise it is just something they want but don't need and ask for it because they think everything is for free.
Never heard of the product so thanks holdmusic I will look into that stuff for the time when one of our customers asks for ridiculous stuff.
