Operator/VM Problem

Hi everyone,

I am having a problem with a 6x16 DR 5 and Startalk flash combo. The CCR answers and routes all the calls just fine, but when someone hits 0 from an outside call, it does not ring at the attendant console (dn 31), but says "the operator is not avaliable, and plays the general mailbox message. The box has been properly initalized and tested, but it still says "NOT avaliable", even though the table setup has the atdt as 31!

do a feature 9 8 2 with a password of OPERATOR 67372867 Then OK
at Atdt Avail: chang the N to Y press next until ATDT: and change this to the desired extension (31)
This should let your 0 escapes go to your attendent now. JerryReeve
