I have trunk line appearance buttons programmed on the operator's phone for 801-805. We like them on the phone to indicate if all of the lines are busy.
However, when someone calls the main number, it rings the operator's phone 1/2 ring before the auto-attendant answers the call.
Is there any way to stop these appearances of the trunks from causing this 1/2 ring?
