Operator/Pools

I have an operator that I want to answer all calls for a pool(T-1 lines 829-852). Obviously when I add the pool it adds the whole t-1 as separate lines on her phone. I only need approx 5-6 line appearace buttons for answering calls on this pool. Any ideas on how to make this work? Thanks!

Don't assign the pool to the phone, assign additional SA buttons and direct the incoming calls to the Operator's extension number. Match the Operator's extension number to the incoming DNIS or use the routing table to add/delete digits to match.
