Operator Picking up

Hello all,

When a user from our PABX calls their home on an outside line, and leaves a message on their answering machine at home (an actual machine not a VMB, they leave the message and hang up. A couple seconds later, our PABX operator answers the line which becomes part of the message.

So for some reason, after they leave a message, it rings back to the operator here.

Any ideas on this?

Most likely the Answer Machine is not hanging up,and it re-rings the operator. Try dialing it from a copper line if you have one with a test set and see if the line drops when you hang up
