Dear All,
Our operator number is "0". When somebody is pressing 0, the call should reach the DN 9888 at first.
The issue is, When somebody calling to 0, the phone is not showing the name of the caller but when somebody is calling it's direct number 9888, it will show the caller name. How can I resolve this?

Thanks

You need to go into LD 95 and print off the NAMES. Look for "0". If no name is listed against it, then you need to create a new name for "0".

Thanks for the reply,
If I'm not wrong, I think you didn't get the exact question.
The question is, We have an operator number 0. If any guest dial 0, it rings in 9888(operator phone key 0 number). In this case, the guest name is not showing in 9888 operator phone. But if any guest calling directly 9888, then this 9888 operator phone will show the name. Why this phone is not showing names while it is getting calls for 0 dial

Check if the guest phones are using pre translation. It might be that the sets details such as XLST have a entry number other than zero and therefore you might be using a translation table entry where one of the keypad digits such as "0" translats to 9888. You might also have an issue where "0" is routed via an other route such as a PLDN that has 9888 as a destination. You can't add in a name against a PLDN.

XLST is 1.
Where can I check the configuration of 0 is routed to 9888 and then 9887 if it is busy.
Also, When I apply ld 20, prt, dnb is 0, it giving below results only

REQ: prt
TYPE: dnb
CUST 0
DN 0
DATE
PAGE
DES

DN 0
TYPE ATT

In LD 20, do something like

>LD 20
REQ PRT
TYPE PRE
CUST 0
etc. Look for XLST 1 and in there will be SCL entries for PRE and SDA etc. In LD 20, print off the SCL lists as normal. The PRE one might show 9888 against STOR "0".

Also, in LD 95, check if a name is listed against "0" as your DN 0 in your last comment doesn't show a name.

You appear not to have an attendant console so when people dial 0 they are going to the night DN.
LD 21
REQ: prt
TYPE: nit

You will get a NIT1 DN(and maybe NIT2 etc.).
Post the TNB for all the NIT DNs.
