I have a Merlin system with PRI trunk. Caller ID is displayed in all extensions except the operator phone (MLX-20L), instead it shows DID#?

Any help will be really appreciated

Press MORE to see more info.

The call is coming to the Operator because the incoming DNIS digits don't match anything in the system, so they are defaulting to the console, with the DID? flag.

What is the Operator's extension number, and what are the digits being sent by the phone company? Match those together, and you should see the CID.

DID#? Means something is NOT SET UP CORRECTLY.

As TTT says, usually it's the Number of Digit programming between the 2 Systems, but it could be other things as well.

But remember, you will only get NUMBER when you get it working, not NUMBER and NAME.

It was a DNIS issue. I changed the operator extension to match the DNIS on the main line and is now working fine.

Thank you both TouchToneTommy and merlinman for your help.
