We have the Nortel Business Element Manager in our office. AT&T set it up with an incomplete tree. My night operator works fine but during the day if someone presses 0 to go to the operator it only rings at one desk. Isn't there a simple way to make it ring to 3 different phones just like it does when you first call in? I am a real newbie and they set up the system and then did not include me in the training. Now they want me to handle and maintain. If AT&T comes in it is $250 and we are a non-profit. I thought I would give this site a try. LeonaAnn
