Hello,

we currently have our operator number set to 0, we would like to change this to e.g 888 so that we cut down on operator missed calls.

any idea what the command is?

Thanks

I assume that 888 is free in the number range.

You must add the 888 to the Operator Common number:

NANSI:NUMTYP=OC,NUMSE=888;

Then command:

OPCTP:CORG=ALL;

to see how the call origin groups have been setup. You should look down the OACC column to see where 0 has been programmed before, then copy the same settings using the OPCTS commands.

Look in ALEX for the command parameters.
