Ok, on the operator console, I have Lines 801-804 (all of pool 70) set to go to Audix after 3 rings. However, this has just stopped working. I have a pool button on each extension in the office for Pool 70. Now, I have the operator set as the principal user for all 4 lines, and X 100 is in the right coverage group. I am absolutely beside myself on this one. It justt stopped working. Now, the odd part, is when you call the operator from an inside extension, if does go to voicemail after 4 rings. Just not on the outside lines. AAARGH!

Oh, and just for a bit more history, I know that someone in the company, managed to find out the Moniter password, and went fidgeting around in there, and that really kinda scares me. You can really screw up your switch through there, if you dont know what you are doing. HELP!!!

Sounds like the feature of VMS Cover OFF has been activated.

The story book sez:

"Turning Coverage VMS off prevents outside calls and private network calls from being sent to voice mail. With Coverage VMS off, only inside calls are covered by the assigned voice mail system Calling Group."

Do an inspect on her set and touch each & every button and see if you can find a VMS Cover off.

THEN, getout of inspect and you will observe that it is TURNED ON!

I have looked at that. I even did a printout of thie extension, but no results. Oh, and just to see what would happen, I played a little trick. I added a line to the console, line 805, and looped it back to t/r extension 132. I called 132, and it rang four times and went to voicemail!!!! It is something with these four lines.

no, I only put the lines in there that I want to be answered immediately
