Have a Partner ACS system installed. Station 10(Receptionist) set for immediate ring, Numerous other stations set for delayed ring.

My question to you is what is the simplest way to get the other extensions to ring if she goes to lunch/bank etc.

Tried call forwarding to an all ring hunt group, didn't work. Any suggestions appreciated.

set the other extension up as night ring . when she leaves her desk she activates night ring.

I see where you are coming from, however I omitted to tell
you that we use night service at this site to turn on the
voicemail.

Sorry for not providing the full details!

ok then put a external ringer on her phone with a switch she can activate to turn it off and on (or for low tech let ther plug and unplug it )

give the answering extensions a pick up group key to a pick up group that only includes her extension.

or just have them press the flashing line key when they hear the bell
