Operator Help Needed!!!

Hello, trying to set up 4 operators as acd agents. The four opeartors answer to four different lines of business. How do I give the operators agent login ID's and assign the different lines of business as their skills?? I'm needing to record them, however they must be set up like call center agents for this new application to work. Can anyone shed a little light on this for me please?

Is the need for recording the only reason for setting the operators up as agents? What recording application/system are you using?

Thanks for the reply Susan, I'm using an Avaya/Witness application. Yes recording is the driving force for this change.

We use Witness as well. Just change the COR of the operator's stations to be service-observable and you should be all set.
