Hello,
We have a site, ip406. Have VM Pro setup to do an assist transfer to the reception hunt group (2 exts) if we are in the day menu (time based). The problem is, if more than two concurrent calls come in, then the incoming party is directed straight to the AA. We need for more than one call to ring on a given operator ext.


How can we accomplish this and not mess up the rest of our call routing in VM Pro? Queueing?
