operator extension

We needed to change the operator extension from 2232 to 2235 ( the port on 2232 is bad)
I went into Feature 982, operator ext. Change it from 2232 to 2235.
Then dial 0 to speak with an operator! The call still goes to 2232!
Any input will be appreciated.

System CICS 4.0 with startalk 2.0.04LC-4ch

Go into Table, Table 1, press OK or NEXT untill you see 2232, change it.
If the port was bad you should have just put Set Relocation on to YES in system programming phone of KSU then move the phone to a good port, this way no programming required.

One additional thing, set the dial "0" in your config of the KSU so interal calls also re-route.

you will need to program in the ICS cabinet in Direct Dial, so you can change the extension for the operator..

It involved more programming than I expected but its working now.

If you have problems with that in the future you might want to do a change DN that will give you the old extension back. You will need to go back through and change all the above programming.
