Hi to all,

Can anyone help me, how to set-up Operator que tone:
scenario: if someone calls to the operator (OPE is in IDLE), the unit will ring. Then he/she answers the call.
Then the second caller calls the Operator, call is queued, then the set-up must be operator phone will not ring, it can have a ring burst only or no tone at all.
Note: their should be a ring tone if the Operator phone is in IDLE.

Best regards,
reimm

Hi parnum...

<OPISP:DIR=ALL;
OPERATOR INSTRUMENT STATUS DATA
DIR ANSW EXTEND AUD LEV MODE LANG
400 N N N H 0 F

problem is, if MODE=0 no RINGBACK is heard if the operator calls to internal extension number, external number is OK.
if MODE=1 there is RINGBACK but there is QUE TONE.

Best regards,
reimm

That's correct, Mode 1 is blind operator setting so provides audible alerts to the operator. I think what you would like is not a feature,

best parnum
