Can someone tell me how to run a monthly report on our operator console showing amount of incoming and internal calls? Please.

S8710 - comm mgr 3.0.1 - 4610swip phones.

The only Thing that i know is the call traffic report in Avya site administration program you can create a graph tha shows call traffic.
