I have a MX-ONE 5.0 SP5 and need to overflow calls not answered by the operator within 20 seconds.
I am using command OPADC with parameter OFLNUM and TIME, but it haven't given me the desired outcome.
I appreciate any help regarding this matter.
Here is some config to start the analisys:
MDSH> opctp:corg=all;
OPERATOR CALL TYPE DATA
CORG CALT ROU OACC CUST NDIR RERNUM CEN CCOP TIME OFLNUM SDAY SNIG
1 7 1 202 - - - N N 10 105 - 598
1 7 3 202 - - - N N 20 105 - 598
1 1 - 202 - - - N N 20 105 - -
1 2 - 202 - - - N N 20 105 - -
1 3 - 202 - - - N N 20 105 - -
With the settings above the call arrives to the operator and rings till the operator console goes in Night Service automatically.
OFLNUM 105 is a hunting group. I also tried using an IP extension instead but had no success.
I already tried setting NDIR for Y, N and D (in this latter I also had to set RERNUM), but the result was not the one I need.
