OPERATOR CONSOLE HANGING MXONE TSE

Hi,

I am facing an issue as the Pc based operator console (CMG-Now) hanging frequently.

I have 2 Now console and 1 normal console. If any one of three getting hang i will restart the Program unit(OLP1T & OLP1D), the console which had problem is getting ready but other 2 consoles gone Absent. If i am restarting again, the Other 2 consoles getting ready and the working one going to Absent.

I'm struggling with this issue...pls help..

You are asking the operators to go off duty first, then restart the units?

Your problem is MXOne, you should go to SP8 then if a problem, open a ticket with aastra, there are fixes after sp6 for operator sw which may help you

Had the same problem and then we went for SP7 and it was solved.
