We have a IPS 2000. For some reason when the operator try to call me, she gets restrict on her phone.
How can this be?

The problem is with my extension only.

If she has an attendant console, then she may have placed your phone into DND, which is a Hotel/Motel feature. Try at the console to dial your extension without first pressing a loop key. Look at the soft keys for the DND and reset keys. Press DND then reset.

Thanx but I cannot see DND anywhere when I dial directly.

Look:

There is also the alarm light that is flashing red and I do not know why, but it's been like that for a while.

Why not just reset the switch on the mp card

I would check that you are in a tenant that is handled by the operator
1204>ext:YY YY= the tenant
then check
6000>0: W where W = the group number

and
62W>YY:Z if Z= 0 then that tenant is handled , if Z= 1then that tenant is not handled

Cancel all of your call forwarding and try having her call you again. Sounds like you may have set call forward to somewhere outside the switch.

I did a reset and I had no call forwarding.
Command 1204 was fine.

I have fixed my problem with CCC and by redoing the extension.

I still have the red light flashing on the SN-716 though.

Thanx for all your help.
