Operator call manager/communicator feature question 1

I have been told that you can drag and drop calls with the Operator access level but have never actually seen it performed. Is it possible?

After reading the docs and playing around with the client it appears that operator level just gives you high level WG access and the BCA monitor. Didn't see anyway of doing a drag and drop.

Yes, you can click and drag an incoming or established call to a member in your contacts tab. Operator also give you the ability to see Call State, and Number of Calls, Call Handling Notes and Details, in the detail view of the Contacts tab
