Hi all,

Since we have upgrade from BC9 to BC11 we have an intermittent fault accross our operators boards on different lims they cannot hear customers.
The usual resolution is to restart the boards this brings them back.
Any ideas, we have upgraded the SP on the boards this has not resolved the problem.

Hi
Check Tmu boards. They should be Rof 1375335/2 R3A.

pelpi1234 the TMU boards is ROF1375335/2 R3A

Hi

Then of the Tmu's has to be faulty.
Try and change the TMU board where the opi are connected.
Regards

Its not TMU... Its more likely the revision of CTI adaptor or the telephone set connected to OWS. Is it OWS?

There was service advice from E/// about problems with OPI on the base of DBC213, 214 and 314 initiated on ELU25.

ELU25 must be swapped to ELU28.

Sorry, if this is your case..

Regards

Avatral the boards are on an ELU28, Patcher they are OWS I do not beileve it is a problem with the CTI adaptor when the program units are restarted this brings back the boards

My mistake Patcher the boards are OPI-11

mack27,

Buddy, your question looks exactly like this:
"Doctor, I'm sick. Do you have a pill for me???"

If you need a help, why shell we gess about your simptoms?
About your SP, boards and OPI revisions, programming.........

Anyhow, in SP14 there was a correction S101255A on OLP1T
with the description "No Speech between OPI and left party after Recall".

And if you have earler SP, first logical advice will be - upgrade your MD to latest possible SP.
For BC11 this is SP14.

Regards
