Operator Backup

Hi,

We have an Avaya Definity S8500

Currently we use a vector to backup the operator when they are away from their desk. We are in the process of dropping the Call Center module and I'm assuming that we will loose vectoring when we drop the call center. If that is true, how can we backup the operator without someone physically going to the operators desk?

Also, will we loose the automated attendant when the call center is dropped? My hunch is no.
