Hi
I have recently noticed one problem in one of the customer.
System: MX-One

If the operators doesnot answer the incoming call, the telephone set goes to absent mode automatically. and if all the operators do the same, system goes to night mode.

Is this default setting for MD110?
is there any chance/settings to prevent this?

Thanks

Monro

This is the way it was intended. But the smart operator using the "old" OPI or OPI-II presses the "punch card" key while she/he is away for a minute or two. This sets the OPI into programming mode and call are now just waiting, - and best of all: The OPI does not go into night mode...

You can set the time (before the operator is absent marked)
to max. 1200s = 20min with aspac 17. Maybe this helps?

woww thanks for the tricks!!

really apreciated
