I would like to block all operated assisted calls on our Option 61c.

Thanks

that ncos in my 81 is set to allow 911 and 1800 877 type calls, personal calls must be done in the supervisors office. with that ncos, that problem is solved. the chief operator has a 3904 that she can use for operator assisted if she needs to. she sometimes needs to allow a international for a user

Operator assisted calls are normally accessed by dialing 0 and a number or just 0.

If you remove the 0+ or just 0 from dialing plan you should be able to acomplish your Goal.

this will print all special numbers where your 0 and 0+ number would be programmed. See what is there and out what you want to restrict

that works for some sites, but at my site, a hosp or even a hotel, it might be an option
