In our CallPilot 5.0 when a caller is listening to a greeting presses 0 or any number for that matter the call is immediately disconnected. When trying to change the operator assistance number on individual mailboxes, you get the message saying that number cannot be reached from this service, even though you try to enter 0 or any internal extension. Where does this service get configured? In CallPilot somewhere or in the 11c switch?
