Hello everybody. I'm new here. I got two questions and I'll be thankfull if you guys can help me.

I'm managing an Ericsson MD110 BC12 PBX. I didn't make the installation or configuration since I started to manage the last month. Making a route for testing ISDN / IP purpose, I accidentally deleted or I don't know what the operator.

This operator number is not an extention, since I can't find it. When someone dial 123 it diverts to the receptionist, but now it say "Operator Absent".

Other question: The extentions voice mail is routed to 499 ext, but when users dial it, it stays mute and the can't even hear their messages. Can someone help me!? Thank you!

As I can see, the 123 is the master, but when I dial it, phone says Operator Absent. Also I would like to know, how change the NIG from 202 to another extention. Thanks!!

your operator x569 has no internal reroute in OPCTS but has night reroute to 202. if you want operator on duty check cabling to OPI phone DBC 3214 from equ 1-0-32-12.

do

RFPUI:UNIT=OLP1T&OLP1D,LIM=1;
RFPUI:UNIT=DOR,LIM=1;

maybe plug phone in on frame and test if will go on duty.
If cabling is ok and handset not faulty it will work.

RODNI:ROU=xxx,DAY=yyy,NIG=zzz;

RODNI is for incoming trunk not internal.

i should say you need to set ROU and NIG to change incoming off-duty reroute on incoming external. OPCTS can be used for internal reroute offduty - do you have ALEX?

Hello. Thanks for posting. I don't want change the operator, just change the 202 for 306. The thing is when I dial 123 appears Operator Abstent. I'm looking for the routes to see if I deleted or what. Cabling its OK and routing seems to be OK...

Parnum, I put all commands but operator stills abstent. I think it's a route problem... Any help will be welcomed ;)

Thank you again fellas! ;)

please give opcgp:corg=all; printout

format result as follows (for better reading)

<opcgp:corg=all;

As far as I can see everything is normal.
why is your operator extension absent?

you can set internal night position with OPADC

Gidday,
I am sure you have done this.Checked if your console is in Off Duty mode.Tried to unhook and hook again. Try to replace with other Console. And you are using OPI 3214 not Dialog 4224.

Cheers !

I don't know why it's absent, whorsdaddy. I put this command:

[tt]
<OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=y,RERNUM=123;
EXECUTED[/tt]

but operator (123) still absent. Everything looks normal but I just can't make ir work.

New2md, how can I unhook it?. 123 is a logic master, when someone dial from outide XXXX123, the call is diverted to the recepcionist, but since few days ago, when I dial 123 says operator absent and dialing from outside, sounds busy tone. Thank you all!

RERNUM is reroute on absent, you have the reroute going to 123 which is operator number. change rernum to an other number maybe extension or voicemail, ring the number from internal. change RODNI to same number as RERNUM then ring external. calls will to to RERNUM and NIG of RODNI.

Parnum I did it and IT WORKED!. It was kind obvious and I could'n see. I just changed the 123 for the recepcionist extention in this command OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=y,RERNUM=XXX that whosrdaddy suggest and worked. Thank you all my friends for your help!. I am very thankfull.

The last doubt: The extentions' voice mail is routed to 499 ext, but when users dial it, it stays mute and the can't even hear their messages. I restarted the board but I seems doesn't work... any suggestion? Thanks!
