operation not yet implemented error message

I am receiving the operation not yet implemented error in my report. I have 2 very similar reports one works fine, the other gets this message, Any idea what it means????

The report that was causing the problem has a bar code at the bottom which is scanned for security purposes.
When I remove the bar code, it worked ok...
