operation not supported within transactions

I have a basic form that I have used for years to copy and paste data.

I am not aware of any changes made to the form but yesterday when I tried my copy and paste I had an error message saying "This operation is not supported within transactions"

The record still pasted OK and today, same form, same type of work and no error messages.

Can anyone suggest what may have caused the message? Is there anything I need to check or do to stop the problem happening again?
