Operation invalid without a current index

Please Help

I have a database that has gone corrupt and is business critical (don't ask me why the business uses Access for critical apps), but I need help.

The database, upon opening, offers no choices for tables, queries, etc. and upon choosing any of the tabs, I get "Operation invalid without current index". When I try to open the necessary forms to go in a look at the VBA, I get " isn't a valid index...tabledef object for index information.

How do I regain my indexes???

If it's a critical app, consider paying money to get it working again/as much data recovered as possible. There are consultants with 800 numbers for this sort of thing.
