Operating System Error 995

We are using Win 2000, SQL Server 2000 and ArcServe 2000 SP4. During Our backup, we got the following error.

BackupVirtualDeviceFile::RequestDurableMedia: Flush failure on backup device 'DBASQL70TID3352VD0'. Operating system error 995(error not found).

Please help. Any suggestion are welcome.
