I just have a quick question.
The attendants here at the hospital will have to dial 0 and use the Embarq operator to do an emergency break-thru once in awhile when a line is busy in an emergency.
Recently we have been having problems doing that, the operator will say that she cannot break in to the line we need. She will not give any other information than that. I have worked with Embarq's tech support and they cant seem to figure out why either, they basically just tell me that it "should" work.
Is it possible that with VOIP becoming more and more popular that they cannot break in on those lines? Has anyone had any problems like that before?
