I am having some problems with Opera 7.11.
I don't know why, but Opera will not bring up the dial connection window. IE6 will autodial, Mozilla will bring up the dial window, Opera just starts up and says "could not find proxy server".
My proxy server info is correct, as the same proxy server is used in the other browsers. I tried removing them and then it does the same thing, but says "could not connect to remote server." However, if I dial up before hand, then use Opera, it all works fine (with or without the proxy settings).
The documentation on the Opera website for this is poor and just says to enable 'synchronous DNS' and try removing your proxy connection in the Opera settings. Both of these have no effect.
Any one got an ideas or a fix around this?
