OpenView NNM and Paging Cell Phones

I currently have HPOV NNM v.6.2. The server is located on a isolate LAN with NO internet access. My manager is requesting that I configure OV to send alarms to cell phones when a T1 goes down. How can I make this happen? Is there a software that I need to load. Sorry, I'm a newbie to OV.
