OpenText Livelink Error - Can not access Workpackage

Workflow Issue:-
When we go into assignments and click on it , on left side we are not able to see any options
we are getting error " Livelink Error - Can not access Wrokpackage "

Resolution:-

please make user the user having permission in Form, Template and in the Workflow,
if the user already having the permission in all mean , please remove the user and again give the permission
then it will work
