@sbcsu, is it possible for you to grab the latest version of webcollab and toss it on Tonido so I can get it? I currently have version 3.2.17.0 if that means anything, but I doubt it.... I think they stopped updating it in 2016 - my version is from August 2014. I am not sure if there are multiple files you have to get or if it's all in one zip ornot. I have: ServerSetupV32, FastMaster, FastClient, and Outlook Addin V 2.1.2 x86 and x64. I don't know if there are also add-ins for the mobile stuff or not. I have asked the vendor for it several times and they're not coughing it up. I do have SWA so I'm entitled to it. THANKS :)

Hopefully they didn't pull it off if it's past EOL....

Is this it Fastviewer Client 3.20.0031 ?
Have a look in the Temp folder on Tonido - not sure if this is correct or not - let me know

Actually, yes, but after posting this I logged in to the portal for the (web collab) licensing software to remind myself of what our license was and was surprised to find all the software was available for download in there, and that is the version of the software for FastMaster and FastClient. The actual webserver software was a little higher than that, but that was available in a .zip file and all I had to do was (backup) overlay the contents of the install directory with the new stuff and I was done. Sorry for probably wasting your time - if the vendor would have bothered to tell me that I could get it from there I would have a long time ago, but they screwed up when they sold it to my so how could I expect them to know how it works!! When one specifies a voice/web/video conferencing system with at least 10 rooms and capable of handling 30 callers wouldn't you think the audio from those 30 callers would be able to join the webconference like while driving and stuff?? Not in this case... They sold me web collab and mmcs (whish was 100 years old) and then said "oops" and wanted another 60 grand to fix it....
Anyway, Thanks!
