If you've never played with the DDC before, it's pretty cool. It allows you to pull diagnostic data from OpenStage phones and do live traces. This new version is all web-based and MUCH easier to use. It's uploaded to the Tonido drive. It's under Shared>OpenStage>Other>DDC V5 R0.5.0

If you haven't figured out where Tonido is yet:
Use the Guest sign-in
Username: hipath4000
Password: hipath4000

Maintain HiPath 4000 V5 & V6, OpenScape Xpert V4, Xpressions, Contact Center
