I believe that is a changeable parameter in AMO DIMSU. Apparently it was set low, and you have now met that maximum-supported number.
DIS-DIMSU -> ALL and locate "CALLOG". You should be able to see if the max number has been reached. If so, then perform:
ADD-DIMSU, then locate the "branch" of DIMSU where the "CALLOG" parameter is maintained, then increase the number GENTLY.
Do not make it some exorbitant number, but rather increase it by perhaps "50".
I typically do not work with stations, so if I am wrong on this - sorry in advance. But I do recall encountering this same situation many years ago.
Good luck.
do a
T-DIMSU;
to see what percentage of your memory is being used.
You can increase DIMSU but if there are a lot of changes it is advised to upgrade using a new Hard Disk.
These should be done before the system goes live at the planning stage.
Normally you add the amount of CALLOG for the number of extensions added but that can be set too high as well so the adivce above is good, just set it to the number of digital extensions that you have.
Thank you both for the advice. I don't have many digital stations so setting it to three should get me through for a while. Appreciate all the help thank you!
