Dear sbcsu

I installed DERT tool
Started DHCP (Running)
Started TFTP (Running)
Connect teh lan cable in phone and keep pressing key 3 in dial pad
Once I got display starting net boot I teh button 3.

Searching netboot server 1 trying up to 5 and then error came
No netboot server found.

Thanks and regards

Have you tried it with windows firewall turend off ?

Troubleshooting
In case you encounter problems with the procedure above, possible error messages are:
◾ No NetBoot Server found! (DHCP requests remain unanswered)
◾ File Not loaded! (TFTP inaccessible)
◾ Download Error! (TFTP download issues)
The below list describes some actions that may help in troubleshoot the issues mentioned above.
◾ Stop and Start DHCP and TFTP Server included in DERT
◾ deactivate and activate the PC's network interface card, restart DERT and try again
◾ Temporarily deactivate the Windows Firewall (since you MUST operate DERT in a seperate network environment, the impact
from security point of view is low)

Sometimes the phone is just dead and it's time to throw it in the dumpster. :( I had one last week that did exactly that - the network port just wouldn't respond to anything. The initial symptom presented to the end user was a "no telephony" error.
