Openstage 15 phone firmware 1

hello everyone,

i am trying to upgrade the firmware of one of OpenStage 15 phone. can anyone help. i have downloaded the firmware. current firmware is V2 R0.64.0 HFA 110913. i want to update the firmware to SIP. any help?

Read the release notes that come with the firmware you got carefully. In many cases the release notes will tell you that your phone software must be at a certain level before you can update to the one you have. That may mean starting with a lesser SIP version and then upgrading again, or it could mean first moving to a higher HFA version and then move to SIP. Sometimes these little gems are buried in there!

hi sbcsu,

i have download firmware from the link you provide. actually we have some phone from SWYX these phones are Siemens openstage 15 i want to use these phones with Asterisk. trying to upgrade these phone from SWYX Server but firmware detected as different phone models :S

is there anyway i can upgrade the phone manually?
