We are running OpenServer 5.0.6 with RS506A and OSS650A which was a clean install not an upgrade. Our printing is done to HP LaserJet 4000 series printers via TCP/IP. We have a printing problem whereby some jobs get sent to be printed but don't print. Later in the day, these jobs finally print, but they print to the wrong printers. The vendor program TTPRINT (PcPRINT) is a part of this print porcess.

Have you tried simply defining your HP printer as remote targeting its IP address? If not try it and bypass third party software.
If you want to use third party software to simplify maintaining and printing to remote printers, try FacetWin.
