Hi,

I am experienced with the 3000 systems and still look after a few of them. I use the manager E for remote access.

I am installing my first openscape, I have programmed the system and setup ISDN remote access, but cant find any software to use to connect remotely to it. Is it going back to the old hipath 2020 system where you have to setup dial-up network to connect.

any info would be appreciated

You can setup https aceess as far as I know.
One site that I work on has it setup but it might be that port 443 is forwarded to the IP address of the OSB
See if you can acheive that in service center/remote access

This site has high Internet security and won't open ports on firewall

We have a number of 3800 systems on their sites that we use Isdn access. We need to access this new system on Isdn too

As far as I know you can setup the ISDN access similar to before if you download using the Manager.
I will check tomorrow with the 3K lads and let you know.

I will contact unify as well. I can't find a manager on their site

With X3-X8 you can still use the Manager E.
With the X1 the Manager E is only working with V2 but not with V1.
The software is still available in the unify side...
