Openscape X3 call queuing on hunt group

Hi All,
Looking to see if it is possible to do a call queuing message on a hunt group on an Osbiz X3
Not really queue positions etc just a recorded message - I have done this on Avaya and Panasonic easily enough however struggling on the Unify
Any help would be great,

As far as I know it is not possible to do a call queuing message/recorded message on a hunt group in OSBiz.

It is possible, in the past you have had to use an external announcement device, configure an acd group with no members, give it the required behavior of message time and repeat etc, then make the acd the first step in the call management table followed by the real group as the second step. I think you can record the announcement in the ocab or booster server in the new systems but the old way should still work.

Like cody64 said, you can use a simple answering machine (in announcement mode, not recording messages) on a analog (P.O.T.) port or use a port of the EVM.
