Hi Guys

I have a customer running a HiPath 3500 V9(old and unsupported I know). They are getting an error when trying to log in which states "Error while loading the local data of the login'JEOL'. Please contact your local administrator".

I have checked on a few other machines and they log in fine.

Any ideas?
 
I have had issues with it, but not THAT one...
My usual things I run up against...

Do you have enough licenses for the number of concurrent users currently running?
Your headset and microphone profile need to be valid.
Switch configuration is accurate
IP of licensing server is accurate and reachable by that PC
IP of the DLS server is accurate if you are using one
That users phone has permissions for mobility login
That users phone is not PIN transferred to another location (Host/Guest).

Just a couple of suggestions for things to look at. That and the firewall on the PC needs to allow the app to pass through.
