Has anyone had issues with Tapi 170 and an Openscape MX, LX or 3000 for that matter? We are running V3R3 s/w on the mx with tapi 170 running on a Windows 2008 R2 std SP1 64bit server. Tapi is latest GA version from SEBA. The issue we are seeing is that the connection with the users pc is stopping. Looking at the server, it shows the tapi servce is still running but phone and modem in the server is not responding. Restarting the server fixes the issue for some period of time. We suspect this is a Microsoft telephony issue.
