Is their any way to use openscape IP 55 HFA on Hiapth 4K V6

Acc. to release notes, minimum SW version to use:
V7 R0.12.4 or later (No support for Desk Phone IP 35G/55G or Desk Phone IP 35G Eco)
V7 R1.8.0 or later

I know that release note mention this but I test it 2 years ago and it works on V4

Could be the firmware version on the phone. Maybe the one that worked 2 years ago was older firmware, amd now you have newer firmware that doesn't work, or just the opposite - they may have built more compatibility into newer firmware....
