OpenScape enterprise contact center client V10R3

Hello,
I have a problem installing the OpenScape Enterprise client.
I have 2 computers, one has the client version V10 R0, and the second version V10 R3. The V10R3 client works correctly, but the client with the V10R0 version does not work. I have a client installation file V10R0 and patch V10R3, but I can’t update to version V10R3
"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program"
Maybe someone has done such an update and can tell me the correct process for updating the client from version V10R0 to version V10R3.
