Openscape Desk Phone G2 CP710 with Openscap 4000 V10R1.42

Hi Everyone,

I am having a problem with Openscape desk phone cp710 HFA registered with Openscape 4000 v10.
It automatically saves contacts (names of other phone numbers) when calling it. Because I use it for Operator of Hotel, The customers can checkin many different names, and the CP710 phone only saves the names the first call of that phone number to CP710
Can someone who has encountered this situation give me a solution.
